The Flour Artisan is a home-based bakery in Alpharetta, GA offering from scratch artisan breads, pastries, cakes and pies for custom orders in North-Eastern Metro Atlanta and at various Farmers Markets near the North Eastern suburbs of Atlanta.  I use the highest quality ingredients available, from local eggs to European butter, unbleached and whole grain flours, organic, seasonal fruits and my own home-raised sourdough, affectionately known as Georgia.
